hopefully that helps someone. IMO that $19 is worth the reduced hassle of all this. if you want updates, you simply subscribe after say 6 months or 12 months etc, update everything again, and then unsub once more.

i dont find UE4Editor.exe in any folder

I am also getting the system out of memory error when I try to build it in visual studio, I am not sure how to fix it. I have already tried making the whole UE4 to not read-only, but no luck.
Read Readme.txt in root folder? Where? Fail.
