I can't get it to save my game. Iv tried reinstalling and still can't save. I'm on 64 bit so don't need the patch

@adam21sa, Go into the: Outlast - Binaries - Win64 folder & use the OLGame.exe rather than the default shortcut or launcher,
see if that works, can't hurt to try, good luck.

1-for save problem play as administrator

2- for security room crash :

2-1 before u left click on the keyboard in security room go to option > graphic > unmarked the FULL SCREEN MODE ,

2-2 in general option unmarked
SHOW TUTORIAL too . after u wake up in the cell back to ur normal option in the game >>>
